Frank is an experienced serial entrepreneur with a Masters degree in electrical engineering and strong leadership skills. He was Co-founder and first president of ETH Juniors during his time at ETH Zurich. Frank built his second company over 16 years from 3 to 600 employees. He is also a longterm member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) and Young Presidents' Organization (YPO).
Frank is also the founder of Floessel Consulting that aims at coaching senior management and startups on how to scale their business, marketing and all other topics a corporate needs to address. Previously he was the Founder of CBA Finance, and was the CEO of Ask-The-Circle (ATC) a family office club with 300 multi-billion families. Frank founded and lead Tempbrain AG, which later sold to Callpoint. Frank was nominated and a finalist twice for Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2003 and 2007.
