Maude Hirst is an English actress, known for her appearances on the British television series Tudors in the role of Kat Ashley between 2008 and 2010, then starred in Vikings for 4 seasons between 2013-2017 as Helga, wife of Floki, played by Gustaf Skarsgård.
Maude then created her own company with a focus on Meditation and Yoga practices called Energy Rise.
